Exciting news IS coming...

Award-winning children's author, Abbey Lane is a passionate
storyteller, writing quirky humour to heartfelt stories
about historical icons.
Abbey lives in Sydney with her family and pooch, Hercules.
Master of random gigs, Abbey works at historic 'Eryldene' in Gordon;
She is a speaker and tour guide at 'Woodlands' once home to
Ethel Turner, author of the classic, Seven Little Australians; and is
editor of the 'Friends of Ethel Turner' newsletter.
Abbey collects retro swap cards, shiny rocks, autographed picture books
and rare vintage Ethel Turner novels.
When she's not writing or throwing the ball for Hercules, Abbey can be found
juggling on her front porch, visiting bookshops, or recharging
at the State Library of NSW - the happiest of quiet spaces.
Abbey is available for school and community visits.
Abbey is a member of the Australian Society of Authors, the Children's Book Council of Australia, and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
